In this complex dimensional perspective of everyday life, we have many “ coping “ mechanisms that are short term fixes to our relationship and reactions to situations and challenges.
Assessment informs your strategy to reprogramming your behavioral patterns. the goal is returning to flow in every moment of everyday. what needs to be processed, released and freed to move through the experience and return to authentic healthy expression of self.
inward means your mindset ( fixed or growth ) , thoughts ( limiting beliefs ) , biological tension or resistance , emotional release ( i.e. sadness, anger, anxiety, guilt, shame )
outward means your ability to connect, relationship to others and your environment. we all experience 3 main reactions to a challenging situation that limits our ability to stay present and connected.
fight / fly / flee/ fawn ( we either attack verbally or non verbally / we leave a situation avoidant / or we flee and disassociate which is seen as shut down and numb ) here you check in with tools that release these old reactions limiting you to be more connected.
