They are either toxic or nourishing. There are 5 main types of toxicity that affect your systems : Emotional / Chemical / Biological /Physical / Radiation.
By noticing the input and out put of these toxins you can create more relief +emotional agility in your daily interactions by engaging in healthy stress activation releases. Building this capacity you can uncover areas of your life, you would like to feel less stress, anxiety , fears and blockages holding you back. By Self regulation or co- regulation.
