Accept You are in control by anchoring within.

with the awareness and noticing of self + reactions you then can move into action through the acceptance you are in control.

no longer victim to a default pattern behavior or overwhelming circumstances. this is the time you can begin to reprogram your inner operating system to your desired future healthy behavior in which will create your healthy environment to thrive.

STEP 1 : you anchor within yourself (input )

you orient to your environment (output )

orienting is the action of looking and engaging, being connected to that which is in us ( thoughts, feelings, sensations ) and around us ( our environment, smells, and visuals ) all at the same time ( whole presence / fully alive in all your dimensions ) This is the muscle that is being exercised for emotional agility and resilience to be healthy and safe.
